Performance Sales is a high-energy workshop held in the Bridgestone Education Center in LaVergne, TN. This workshop is a custom designed sales class for Commercial Sales Representatives of our commercial distribution partners. A minimum of 6 months Commercial Truck tire experience, and an eagerness to learn new skills is preferred.

We have negotiated a room rate at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites inSmyrna,TN. The hotel is very convenient to the Education Center, as well as shops and restaurants. NOTE: The negotiated room rate is available by calling the hotel ONLY. (If you book the hotel through your travel agent, etc., or after the cut off date which is four weeks prior to the event, the current hotel rate will apply).
Each workshop attendee is responsible for making their own reservations. The advantage of using the “preferred” hotel is a discounted room rate and transportation to and from the hotel to the training locations.
When making your hotel reservation, please refer to “Bridgestone Performance Sales”; and be sure to book at least three weeks in advance.
This is a full two-day class beginning at 8:00 a.m. traveling to the Bridgestone Education Center in LaVergne, TN. Participants should be prepared to board the bus at 7:30 a.m. both days.
Arrival time: We suggest you arrive in Smyrna, TN, the evening before the class.
Departure time: Please schedule your departure from Nashville after 6:00 p.m. on the second day of class, or for the next morning.
Attire: This is a relaxed environment and slacks and jeans are permitted. On day one, we will participate in the New Tire Plant Tour. For the tour, plant rules require that you wear steel-toe shoes and protective eye wear. Steel toe guards and safety eye wear will be provided. Attendees are welcome to bring their own if desired.
Costs: As an added value to your dealership, there is no charge for this classroom offering.
Meals: Breakfast will be provided by the hotel, and lunch will be provided at the Education Center for the two days of class. As part of your registration fee, a group dinner on day one of class will also be provided.
Transportation: Transportation to and from the airport is the responsibility of the attendee. Suggested forms of transportation are Taxi or Rideshare. Transportation to and from the Learning Center will be provided by Commercial Training staff.
